If you cancel on the day or do not arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time,
100% of the plan or course fee will be charged (for seating-only reservations, the minimum course fee for both lunch and dinner will be charged for the number of people reserved).
We will waive the cancellation fee in unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or large-scale public transportation suspensions.
Please note that cancellation fees for special events will not be accepted after your reservation has been made. Thank you for your understanding.

If you cancel up to three days before your arrival time, we will refund the full amount paid at the time of reservation.
