這是『肉之匠人』在銀座打造的時令山珍海味與神戶牛、松阪牛的美味世界。
該肉食餐廳位於距離銀座站5分鐘步程的地下。雖為『肉食餐廳』，但並非所有菜餚都是肉類。我們為您準備的套餐，融合了應季逸品和時令魚鮮，在整體上最突出肉類的美味。

· 人數超過3人且希望坐在吧台用餐的客人，請提前致電洽詢。
· 本店提供應季套餐（豪華套餐）。
* 午餐時間有提供午餐套餐。
* 本店恕不提供單點料理（單品菜）。
