[Details] 7 courses + 7 drinks
* CHILAN standard course of champagne + 5 glasses of natural wine + after-dinner drink or coffee.

The owner, who has roots in Vietnam and is from a French bistro, will tailor the course using Setouchi ingredients. In line with this, we have prepared a pair of natural wines from around the world that convey the philosophies of the makers, selected by the owner sommelier. Enjoy a champagne for a toast and a digestif or coffee after a meal. You can buy your favorite one at the wine shop on the 2nd floor, if in stock.

(as of January 2021) In Hiroshima, Vietnamese cacao MAROU is only available in CHILAN, which serves it as the dessert at the end of the course. Like Burgundy wines, MAROU is made with a single origin, for each of the six production areas. We have prepared a set of minibars for your memorable souvenirs. They are mede of only cacao and cane sugar, and all products are 70% or more cacao; so you can enjoy the original taste and aroma of Vietnamese cacao.

MAROU is a bean to bar chocolate born in Vietnam. Two French men met high quality Vietnamese cacao while traveling in Vietnam, then "MAROU" was founded in 2011 by them who fell in love with the devine cacao.
