We are open for reservation for the next 2 months. No walk-in available and credit card detail is required to make a reservation. Contact us via (info.ariqui@gmail.com) if any question.
*We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation via email. Please make it done on TableCheck. We do not have phone number either.

<Use of children>
Limited to those who can enjoy the same menu as adults.

<Notice>
Cannot get enter inside until the reserved time. Please avoid from arriving too early or using the intercom. Also since the course starts at the same time for all the guests, arriving late can cause reduced menu.

* CHILAN standard course of champagne + 5 glasses of natural wine + after-dinner drink or coffee.
* If you wish to have non-alcoholic drinks, please let us know on the day of the event.

The owner, who has roots in Vietnam and is from a French bistro, will tailor the course using Setouchi ingredients. In line with this, we have prepared a pair of natural wines from around the world that convey the philosophies of the makers, selected by the owner sommelier. Enjoy a champagne for a toast and a digestif or coffee after a meal. You can buy your favorite one at the wine shop on the 2nd floor, if in stock.

(as of January 2021) In Hiroshima, Vietnamese cacao MAROU is only available in CHILAN, which serves it as the dessert at the end of the course. Like Burgundy wines, MAROU is made with a single origin, for each of the six production areas. We have prepared a set of minibars for your memorable souvenirs. They are mede of only cacao and cane sugar, and all products are 70% or more cacao; so you can enjoy the original taste and aroma of Vietnamese cacao.
