◆ Reservations

• Please enter the reservationist’s name correctly, including both the phonetic reading and full name.
Reservations made with unreachable phone numbers or unverifiable names may be deemed invalid.

【 Cancellation Policy 】

Cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows also result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Same-day reservations, changes, or cancellations can only be arranged by phone.
After 9:00 PM the day prior to your visit, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
※If you are late for your reserved time slot, seating may not be available; please inform us in advance.

◆ Anniversary Services
Anniversary plate: 3,000 yen per plate / Various cake anniversary plans: starting at 3,800 yen
※Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
※Reservations for anniversary plates or anniversary plans alone cannot be accepted.
※If you’d like a message included, please limit it to 15 characters or less.
※If no message is provided, none will be written; please note this in advance.
※During special periods, reservations may not be possible. Your understanding is appreciated.

◆ Other Information
• Seat requests may not always be accommodated; please understand this in advance.
• There is an additional charge of 3,300 yen for bringing in or storing flower bouquets.
• Flower bouquet reservations:
Seasonal bouquets and bouquets of 21 roses must be reserved at least 3 days in advance.
