<Golden Week Limited-Time Dishes Available!>
When you think of the Mediterranean, the endless blue of the sea and sky and the bright sunlight that pours down upon you conjure up images. Pacific Table's "Spring Mediterranean Buffet" evokes this open-air Mediterranean atmosphere with locally sourced ingredients.
At the lively meat station, guests can enjoy domestic rib roast beef, carved right before their eyes. Rubbed with garlic and lemon, it adds a fragrant and sharp accent. The excellent balance of fat and lean meat makes for a flavor that will have you reaching for more.
The paella features generous amounts of sakura shrimp, caught just at the start of spring. The rice absorbs the shrimp's flavor to the fullest, creating a dish that evokes the arrival of spring.
The Mediterranean lemon cream risotto, boldly presented in Parmigiano-Reggiano, combines the rich flavor of the cheese with the refreshing acidity of the lemon, creating an impressive marriage.

A Lunch Buffet with Respect for Our Local Kanagawa
Pacific Table's first theme for 2026 is "Kanagawa." With respect for our hometown, we offer dishes with ties to Kanagawa, as well as ingredients from Kanagawa, with a unique twist at The Westin Yokohama.
The signature dish is "Austrian Rib Roast Inspired Sukiyaki." Inspired by the Yokohama-originated "gyunabe" (beef hotpot), this dish is prepared in the style of sukiyaki with a special broth and a soft-boiled egg. A Dinner Buffet with Respect for Our Local Kanagawa
Pacific Table's first theme for 2026 is "Kanagawa." In honor of our hometown, we offer dishes featuring Kanagawa-produced ingredients and dishes with ties to Kanagawa, presented with a unique twist at The Westin Yokohama.
The signature dish is "Austrian Rib Roast Inspired Sukiyaki." Inspired by the Yokohama-originated "gyunabe" (beef hotpot), this dish is prepared in the style of sukiyaki, using a special broth and a soft-boiled egg. The ever-popular noodle corner also features "The Westin Yokohama Special Ramen," with noodles boiled to order and served fresh.
