Our “Mediterranean Buffet: A Celebration of Spring” captures the open, airy spirit of the Mediterranean through locally sourced ingredients.
At our lively meat station, we serve roast beef made from Japanese-raised ribeye, carved to order right before your eyes. Rubbed with garlic and lemon, it offers a fragrant and refreshing twist.
Our paella features a generous helping of cherry shrimp, freshly caught as the spring fishing season begins. The Mediterranean lemon cream risotto, boldly served in a Parmigiano-Reggiano bowl, offers a memorable pairing where the rich depth of the cheese harmonizes with the refreshing tartness of lemon.

Mediterranean Buffet to celebrate spring (4/1~6/30)
The “Mediterranean Buffet Celebrating Spring” captures the open, airy spirit of the Mediterranean using locally sourced ingredients.
At our live cooking station, we serve roast beef made from domestic rib eye, carved to order right before your eyes. Our paella features a generous helping of cherry shrimp, freshly caught as the spring fishing season begins, while our Mediterranean lemon cream risotto offers a memorable pairing of rich, creamy cheese and the refreshing tartness of lemon.
In addition, fresh fish delivered daily from Misaki Port makes an appearance at the buffet! Top your choice of vinegared rice with fresh seafood, such as negitoro (minced yellowfin tuna with scallions), to create your very own, one-of-a-kind seafood bowl.

A Japanese garden made of matcha sweets is now available at the buffet!
Our signature bowl, approximately one meter in diameter, makes its debut this time with a design inspired by a Japanese Garden. Taking center stage within the bowl is a DRY BONSAI. As a form of regenerative art that breathes new life into once-withered bonsai, it has garnered attention both domestically and internationally. It deeply resonates with the philosophy of The Westin Yokohama, which holds Green Key certification and places great importance on sustainable initiatives.
Centered around the DRY BONSAI, we have arranged desserts made with generous amounts of matcha to create a Japanese garden unique to Pacific Table. While the presentation is visually stunning, we have also paid meticulous attention to the flavor of each individual dish.
In May, as we welcome the new tea season, we invite you to immerse yourself in a world of matcha that engages all five senses—accented by the refreshing bitterness and rich flavor of matcha—while enveloped in the gentle air of early summer.
