Pacific Table's first theme for 2026 is "Kanagawa." In honor of our hometown, we offer dishes featuring Kanagawa-produced ingredients and dishes with ties to Kanagawa, presented with a unique twist at The Westin Yokohama.
The signature dish is "Austrian Rib Roast Inspired Sukiyaki."
