【Reservations】
● Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.

● Seats can be reserved for the following group sizes:
・Counter seats: 1 to 4 people
・Table seats: 2 to 8 people
※ If a group size exceeding these limits is confirmed, the reservation will be canceled at our discretion. Even if multiple reservations are made, the total number of guests cannot exceed 8.

● Requests for specific seating (counter or table) are accepted, but seating assignments are based on the order of reservations.

● Due to interior layout constraints, stroller access is not permitted in certain areas.

● If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reserved time, the reservation will be canceled.
※ For verification purposes, we will contact you only using a Japanese phone number (international numbers cannot be used).

● On the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of each month, we close at 22:00.

● When making a reservation on behalf of someone else, please be sure to provide either that person’s mobile phone number or email address.

● Smoking outside the designated area is strictly prohibited while dining at our restaurant. Violators may be asked to leave. Please understand this policy in advance.

【Phone support hours】
● Phone support is available only from 10:00 to 11:00.

● During regular business hours, we prioritize serving guests and thus cannot answer calls.

【Dining duration】
● During peak times, the maximum allowed dining duration is:
・Lunch: 90 minutes
・Dinner: 120 minutes
from the reserved time.

● For reservations made during the following times, the maximum dining duration is 1 hour due to closing time restrictions:
・Lunch at 14:00 (last order at 14:30)
・Dinner at 22:00 (last order at 22:00)

【Dessert plates】
■ We offer special dessert plates for birthdays and anniversaries. If desired, please include the celebrant’s name in your reservation details.

【Members】
● Private room reservations are limited to groups of 1–4 people.
● When making a reservation, please enter your Makuake order ID in the “special requests” field.
