【Reservations】
● Reservations are accepted up to two months in advance.
● Counter seating is available for 1-4 people, and table seating for 2-8 people. Bookings exceeding this limit will be subject to cancellation.
● Seat selection (counter or table) is accepted, but seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
● The maximum number of people per group is 8. If a group exceeding this limit is discovered, cancellations will not be granted or accommodated under any circumstances.
● To accommodate as many customers as possible, reservations will be canceled if they arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time. Please contact us if you will be late.

【Telephone Support Hours】
(10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM)
We strive to answer calls as much as possible during business hours, but please understand that business is our priority.

【Seating Time】
● In the event of a busy schedule, seating times will be limited to 90 minutes for lunch and 120 minutes for dinner from the time of your reservation.
● For those who select 2:00 PM for lunch or 10:00 PM for dinner, please note that your stay will be limited to one hour until closing time (3:00 PM for lunch and 11:00 PM for dinner).

【Dessert Plates】
■ For birthdays and anniversaries, we offer dessert plates with a message for 2,000 yen. If you would like a message written on the plate, please indicate your request along with the message to be written on the plate.

【Members】
● Private rooms can be reserved for 1 to 4 people.
● When making a reservation, please enter your Makuake order ID in the restaurant inquiry field.
