Announcement Regarding Amendments to TableCheck Terms of Use

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support and use of TableCheck.

We are pleased to announce that we will be making partial amendments to the following documents:

TableCheck Terms of Use
TableCheck Diner Terms of Service

Please see below for an overview of the key updates.

Effective Date of Amendments Thursday, May 1, 2025

Please note that due to administrative processing, there may be a delay in publishing the revised terms on our website. However, the amended terms will take effect on May 1, 2025, regardless of the time of publication.

Summary of Key Amendments

(1) TableCheck General Terms of Use

The title will be changed to “TableCheck Terms of Use for Participating Merchants”.
Comprehensive revisions to clauses related to the use of online payment services to reflect that TableCheck will become the contractual entity for credit card processing (Articles 24–33).
Introduction of a new framework for TC Points and Voucher (Article 31).
Addition of a new clause prohibiting bribery (Article 48).

(2) TableCheck Diner Terms of Service

The title will be changed to “TableCheck Platform Terms of Service for Booking Site Users.”
Revision of the condition for finalizing reservations between users and participating restaurants: the trigger will be changed from the restaurant’s notification to the moment it reaches the user (Article 5).
Comprehensive revisions to clauses related to the use of online payment services to reflect that TableCheck will become the contractual entity for credit card processing (Article 7).
Introduction of a new framework for TC Points and Voucher (Article 8).
Addition of bribery-related legal violations as grounds for suspension or termination of user eligibility (Article 13).
