Hyatt Regency Sydney has taken a new approach of using the ‘Waitlist Paging’ feature provided by Tablecheck to manage walk-ins at busy times. Diners are now given the option to stand in line or wait in comfort in the lounge bar or roof top bar and paged by SMS when their table is ready.
