The Challenge
Beer gardens are considered a high-risk business because staff and resources tend to be limited. In addition to that, the operation is highly depended on the weather. At some larger beer gardens where the capacity is approximately 400 people, they could receive up to 800 reservations a day. This is particularly problematic when they have a limited number of undertrained staff who finds it difficult to shift between answering phone bookings and other work on site.
