● If we are unable to reach you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your booking may be treated as cancelled. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
[Lunch & Afternoon Tea Reservations]
● For lunch, only buffet reservations can be made online. If you would like a course meal, please contact us by phone.
● Afternoon tea reservations are available only at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Reservations are accepted only for 2, 4, or 6 guests.

We'll be hosting a Mars Maker's Dinner, an evening of whiskey and wine, featuring the two terroirs cultivated by Hombo Shuzo (Komagatake Distillery and Tsunuki Distillery).
The origins of this journey lie in the distillation philosophy of Kiichiro Iwai, the engineer who supported Masataka Taketsuru's research in the early days of Japanese whiskey, and this philosophy continues to this day in the form of the "Iwai-style pot still."
On the day, we'll be welcoming Kunihiro Kawakami, blender at Mars Komagatake Distillery, to share his perspective on selecting and blending whiskeys in his own words. We'll also be offering a special selection of Mars wine, Hosaka Hinoshiro, to enjoy as a wonderful pairing with the course meal.
