・Welcome to Steak House BUONAGIO・
Please read the restaurant’s requests below and then make your reservation.

▶ For counter seating at the teppanyaki grill during dinner hours, regardless of age, each guest must order one set menu or items totaling 10,000 yen or more (including drinks).
※ For example, if there are 3 guests ⇒ a total order amount of 10,000 yen × 3 = 30,000 yen is required. Even if one person’s order is under 10,000 yen, as long as the group’s total exceeds 30,000 yen, entry is permitted.

▶ There is no minimum charge for table seating. However, each guest must order one drink and one dish.

▶ To ensure a pleasant dining experience, we only admit children who can sit quietly and enjoy their meal while eating. We may also deny entry to preschool-aged children. Please kindly understand this policy.
※ For safety reasons, if you’re accompanied by children aged 10 or younger, we will seat you at a table.

▶ When making a reservation, you’ll be asked to enter credit card information; however, no payment will be processed at that time.
※ Payment is due on the day of your visit.

▶ Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments.

▶ Cancellation fees are as follows:
For same-day cancellations: 100% of the course fee if a course was ordered; otherwise, 5,000 yen per person for lunch and 10,000 yen per person for dinner. A reduction in the number of guests on the day of reservation also counts as a same-day cancellation.
(No cancellation fee applies if notice is given by 11 PM the day prior.)

▶ Even if not all members of a reserved group have arrived, we may proceed with seating according to the reserved time slot. Please understand this in advance.

▶ If we cannot reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, or if you arrive after that time, the reservation may be treated as canceled or the available dining time shortened. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

▶ For reservations involving 7 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.

※ From December 31 to January 3, an additional 10% surcharge applies as a New Year’s special fee.

Are there any ingredients you dislike or are allergic to? If so, please be sure to fill in the details. *We will do our best to accommodate, but there are some seasonings and other things we cannot accommodate. Example: One person with a shellfish allergy cannot eat the meat. Cooked extracts are OK. Example: One person with an egg allergy is OK with the binding agent. Example: Both of us dislike garlic, but that doesn't mean we can't eat it. Due to procurement reasons, we cannot change the menu on the day.

▶For counter seating in front of the teppanyaki grill during dinner time, regardless of age, we request that each person order one set menu or at least 10,000 yen worth of à la carte items. (Including drinks)
*For example, for a group of 3, please order 10,000 yen x 3 people = a total of 30,000 yen.

Even if someone orders less than 10,000 yen, you can still use the counter seating if the group's total order exceeds 30,000 yen.

Question 3 Req

We will seat you in the seat you specify when making a reservation.
It may not be possible to change your seat after you arrive.
If you do not specify a seat, we will seat you based on availability on the day.

※ For this course, we ask that the entire group orders the same course. It cannot be combined with other courses.
・ Drinks are served on a glass-exchange basis. If there is a lot of leftover drink, an additional charge may apply.
・ The allowed seating time is 120 minutes. The final order for drinks must be placed 30 minutes before the end of the session. Please refrain from ordering multiple drinks at once.
・ Extensions beyond the allotted time cannot be accommodated.
