Please note that the respective plans won’t appear unless these times are selected, so be sure to check the available reservation times.

▶︎ Information regarding Afternoon Tea

・One set per person is required (5,000 yen).
・Sets cannot be shared.
・Upon arrival, please inform us that you have a reservation.
・Drinks must be ordered at your table on the day of your visit.
・The allowed duration of stay is 90 minutes.

▶︎ Cancellations

Please notify us of any cancellations
by the day before your scheduled visit (via email or phone).
If a cancellation is made without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

A special afternoon tea where the history of Western painting intertwines with Kyoto’s culture. Themed “Intersecting Aesthetics,” it portrays three eras—from the Renaissance to Impressionism—as a dialogue between East and West. Just as one unravels the stories embedded in each tier of the stand, please savor each delicate flavor and the graceful interplay of time.

Reservation times: 11:30 / 13:30 / 15:30
Duration: 90 minutes
Capacity: 1–4 people
Fee: 5,000 yen per person (tax included), with unlimited refills of tea or coffee
Optional drinks available (mocktails + sparkling wine)
Acceptance: Several groups per day (by reservation only)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made the day before will be refunded 100%.

Cancellations on the day will be refunded up to 50%.

*Only if cancellation is made by phone or email before 10:00 AM.

No refunds will be given for no-shows. Please understand.

Please note that last-minute cancellations on the day are generally non-refundable and will incur a 100% charge.

While you can only cancel your reservation through the customer's system, last-minute cancellations are not refundable.

If you need to change the time, please contact us by email.

For menu changes, due to the processing of pre-payments, please cancel your current order and place a new one. In this case, the pre-payment will be refunded.

Please order one set per person.

Question 3 Req

To avoid confusion during check-in times, we will be accepting reservations for the picnic plan and the afternoon tea plan at different times. Thank you for your understanding.
