Please place your picnic plan reservation by 7pm 3 days in advance due to food preparation.

Rental items: For theft prevention, we will ask you to show your ID on the day of rental.

We will only hand over the rental items after we have received confirmation.

Picnic plans are for outdoor use only.
In case of rain, there are no covered eating and drinking areas in the vicinity.

Please check the weather conditions and contact us for cancellation as soon as possible.

(Eating and drinking are not allowed in the restaurant for the picnic plan.

The contents of the bento/sandwich plan are subject to change.

The menu changes depending on the season, and the contents may differ from the images currently posted on the website.

The price of the picnic plan will be raised from spring due to the rising cost of raw materials. Please understand the situation.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund up to the day before
Up to 50% refund for same-day cancellations

In case of rain, 50% refund will be given only if the cancellation is notified by e-mail by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

In case of no notice and no-show cancellation, 100% of the fee will be charged.

Last minute cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable and 100% of the fee will be charged.
