About orders
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available for same-day ordering.
- We can accommodate allergies and disliked ingredients. Please provide details in the request field.
- On the day of your visit, it may take a considerable time from ordering to serving. Please contact us as soon as your course selection is decided.
- All-you-can-drink plans are available for groups of 4 or more. When ordering, please select both the course and the all-you-can-drink option.
About number of guests
- Small children who will not eat a course should be entered as “7 years and under.” Children who will eat a course should be counted as adults.
About children
- Children are welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary school children are accepted). Children’s menu available.
- On weekends and public holidays, we can provide a separate room for nursing and diaper changing.
- Hot water for formula and children’s tableware are available.
- Baby food and children’s set meals are available by advance reservation.
About payment
- Cash is not accepted (cards and electronic payment accepted).
- A 10% service charge applies to all opening hours.
Cancellation fees
- Cancellations on the day, including reductions in the number of guests, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For reservations of seats only:
On the reservation date: Lunch ¥2,000 (tax included) per person; Dinner ¥5,000 (tax included) per person.
*If the number of guests decreases on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
For reservations of 10 or more guests (20 or more during busy periods)
We require signing a “Reservation Confirmation” via CloudSign or fax. Your reservation will be confirmed once the Reservation Confirmation has been exchanged. Our concierge will contact you separately.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the total amount
- 1 day before the reservation date: 80% of the total amount
- On the reservation date: 100% of the total amount
*If the number of guests decreases on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
