•Repairs are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the ST Mark warranty (applicable to Japanese toys only).
•Kindly review all the items listed in the "Repair Acceptance Rules" below.

•Repair may not be possible depending on the condition of the toy. Furthermore, the repair may not be completed by the requested date.
•Due to the limited number of units that can be repaired per day, we may not be able to accommodate your request on the desired date.

The Peninsula Tokyo is delighted to welcome back our heartwarming "Toy Hospital," where children can once again bring their beloved but worn-out toys to be lovingly repaired by our dedicated team of toy doctors. With skilled hands and a touch of holiday magic, these cherished items are restored to their former glory, ready to delight their young owners once more.
