•Repairs are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the ST Mark warranty (applicable to Japanese toys only).

•Repair may not be possible depending on the condition of the toy. Furthermore, the repair may not be completed by the requested date.
•Due to the limited number of units that can be repaired per day, we may not be able to accommodate your request on the desired date.

Weekdays: 1 pm – 2:30 pm
Weekends and Public Holidays: 1 pm – 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
December
Weekdays between December 1 and 12: 1 pm – 2:30 pm
Weekdays between December 15 and 26 & 27: 1 pm – 2:30pm and 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9:30 am – 11:00 am, 1 pm – 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
