If you make a reservation for more than 4 persons, they may be seated separately from each other.
For example, "2 persons + 2 persons", "2 persons + 3 persons", etc.

● If you are bringing a child who needs a seat (chair), please order the same course as an adult

●The tour will start at the same time every hour.
Please do not make reservations if you cannot keep time.
If you miss the reserved time by 15 minutes without informing us, your reservation will be cancelled.

●If the phone number or e-mail address provided at the time of reservation is incomplete, the reservation may be cancelled. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number and e-mail address.

●If you fail to show up for a reservation without notifying us, we may not be able to accept your future reservations.

●Reservations can be made 60 days in advance.
