※ Reservations are not accepted on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
※ Customers who order the course cannot also order set meals or rice bowls. Please understand this in advance.

● Seating is exclusively at the counter. Seat requests cannot be accommodated. Please understand this in advance.
For reservations of 4 or more people, seating may be separated (e.g., “2 people + 2 people” or “2 people + 3 people”).

● Children are not permitted in the restaurant.

● Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of ¥8,800 per person for dinner courses, regardless of reason.
(This includes cases related to COVID-19, influenza, etc.)
As an exception, if physical inability to attend is due to natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes—resulting in transportation disruptions—presentation of proof (e.g., transit delay certificate) will waive the cancellation fee.

● All guests start dining at the same time. Those unable to arrive on time are asked not to make a reservation.
If a guest fails to arrive within 15 minutes of their reserved time without notice, the reservation will be canceled.

● If there are errors in the phone number or email address provided during booking, the reservation may be canceled.
Please ensure all contact information is entered correctly.

● Guests who fail to show up without prior notice may be ineligible for future reservations.

● Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
