*We do not accept reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
*You cannot order "set meals or rice bowls" that are offered during regular business hours. Thank you for your understanding.
● All seats are at the counter. We cannot accept seating requests. Thank you for your understanding. For reservations of 4 or more people, you may be seated at separate tables. (Example) "2 people + 2 people" "2 people + 3 people" etc.
● If you are accompanied by a child who requires a seat (chair), you will be asked to order the same course as the adult.
● For cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date and time, regardless of the reason, a cancellation fee of "¥4,900 for dinner course" and "¥3,200 for lunch course" will be charged per person. (Including COVID-19 and influenza infections) As an exception, we will waive the cancellation fee if you present proof (proof of transport delays, etc.) and are unable to physically come to the store due to a typhoon, earthquake, or other reason that stops public transport.
● Everyone will start at the same time for each hour. If you cannot keep to the time, please do not make a reservation. If you do not contact us and 15 minutes has passed your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled.
● If there is an error in the phone number or email address you provided when making the reservation, your reservation may be cancelled. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number and email address.
● We may not be able to accept future reservations from customers who do not contact us and are unable to come to the store.
● Reservations are accepted 60 days in advance.
