Nestled in a serene setting on Omotesando, “Suscrea” is a restaurant where sustainable philosophy—rooted in respect for nature’s cycles and appreciation of each ingredient’s unique qualities—meets creative sensibility unbound by conventions. Drawing from Italian cuisine as its foundation, it incorporates Japanese culinary techniques, culture, and local ingredients to craft extraordinary dishes. At Suscrea, you’ll experience a truly special dining journey enveloped in tranquility and lingering elegance.
We offer two types of seating: counter seating or private table seating. Whichever you choose, we hope you enjoy a memorable time tailored to your occasion.

<Meet Our Chefs>
○ Junshi Wada (Head Chef)
Trained in Japanese cuisine at Michelin 2-star restaurants “Ginza Koju” and “Ginza Okuda,” he further honed his skills at sister restaurants in New York and Paris. Upon returning to Japan, he served as chef at an exclusive wood-fired restaurant.
○ Arata Yamana (Executive Chef)
Having served as sous-chef at Salone Group’s “Quintocanto” for many years, he gained extensive experience both domestically and internationally. His tenure as chef at KURKKU FIELDS has given him a forward-thinking perspective on the future of food.

<Reservations>
▶ Even if reservations appear unavailable online, we may still be able to accommodate you. In such cases, please contact the restaurant directly at 03-6447-5422.
▶ We ask about any food allergies or preferences. Should you fail to mention these at the time of booking, changes cannot be made on the day; please keep this in mind.
▶ For guests with children: private rooms are suitable for preschoolers and older; counter seating is appropriate for elementary school-aged children and above. Should you have any questions or concerns, please let us know via reservation comments or by phone.
▶ A separate 10% service charge applies.
▶ Seat selection is not permitted.
⇒ If you select “private room,” a room fee of ¥11,000 (tax included) will be added to your bill.

<Arrival>
▶ If we cannot reach you 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please call us if you expect to be late.
▶ Guests wearing strong perfumes or colognes are kindly asked to refrain from entering.

[Cancellation Policy]
After a reservation is confirmed, cancellation or changes due to personal reasons incur fees except under special circumstances:
3 days prior: 50%
1 day prior: 100%
Same day/no-show: 100%
