We will be holding a hand-drip coffee brewing seminar using the HARIO Switch Dripper, which is also used at SOW COFFEE. In this seminar, you will learn the theory of coffee brewing and the key points of flavor creation by actually tasting various recipes, mainly focusing on SOW COFFEE's brewing recipes! Furthermore, you will be able to brew your own coffee and receive detailed advice on brewing techniques so that you can recreate delicious coffee at home. This seminar will be held in a small group setting, allowing for personalized attention to each participant.
