Our carefully prepared Japanese breakfast showcases the best of Ishikawa — so thoroughly local that it truly evokes the spirit of the region. Enjoy this seasonal, Kanazawa-inspired morning meal and let it stir your travel spirit.
Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, Kanazawa Saishun sits on the same level as the large public bath and sauna. For the convenience of our guests, we allow arrival to the restaurant in the room-provided yukata and slippers for breakfast service only※.
The large public bath and sauna are free for staying guests and open in the morning as well.
Please relax and enjoy a leisurely, ryokan-style Japanese breakfast.
