【How It Works】

Your waiting list time is NOT your seating time. After arriving, you may still need to wait before being seated.

STEP 1: Please arrive at the time you selected when joining the waiting list.
STEP 2: Show your Waiting List Number at reception. If your Waiting List Number cannot be confirmed or is invalid, you cannot enter.
STEP 3: Please wait at the restaurant until your name is called.
STEP 4: Your set meal has already been paid for. Please use the ticket machine to purchase side dishes or drinks.

※ Please expect some waiting time at the restaurant.

【Waiting List Options】

■ Advance Priority Ticket (¥1,000 per seat)
Designed for guests traveling from overseas or long distances. This ticket lets you secure seats in advance.
Seats can be secured from 8 days up to 2 months in advance.
Waiting list registration for the following month opens on the 1st of each month.
When joining the waiting list, you will be charged:

* Advance Priority Ticket: ¥1,000 per seat
* Set meal: ¥1,980 per guest The Advance Priority Ticket fee is non-refundable from 7 days before your visit.

Example (2 guests)
Ticket: ¥1,000 × 2 = ¥2,000
Set meals: ¥1,980 × 2 = ¥3,960
Total: ¥5,960

The Advance Priority Ticket is also subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellation fees apply immediately after payment.

■ Standard Waiting List (Free)
Seats can be secured up to 7 days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.
New waiting list registrations open every day at 12:00 AM for dates 7 days later.
※ If all seats have been sold through Advance Priority Tickets, no seats will be released.

Only the set meal price (¥1,980 per guest) is charged.

Example (2 guests)
¥1,980 × 2 = ¥3,960

Cancellation fees apply immediately after payment.

Seats may become available on the day due to cancellations.
Same-day availability will be announced on X.

【Cancellation Policy】

• Same-day cancellation: 100% of the set meal price
• 1–7 days before: ¥500 per set meal
• 8 or more days before: No cancellation fee

The Advance Priority Ticket fee is non-refundable from 7 days before your visit.

【Important Information】

• Cash is not accepted.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your waiting list time, your registration may be cancelled.
• Guests not dining (including children) may not occupy a seat.
• One waiting list registration allows up to 6 guests. Groups of 4 or more may be split. Groups of 7 or more must register separately.
• Accompanying guests may wait at the Waiting Bar.
• If your Waiting List Number cannot be confirmed or is invalid, you cannot enter.

【Guests with Children】

• Strollers must be folded.
• Babies must be carried in a back baby carrier.
• Children who cannot sit by themselves may not use a seat.
