Please note that reservations for other locations (Shibuya, Kichijoji, Fukuoka) cannot be made here.

To consistently offer the "best freshly made" meals, our restaurant operates on a "reservation system."

■ What is "reservation"?
It is a system where you secure a time slot for your desired visit date. Unlike a seat reservation, it does not guarantee a specific time for seating. There are two types of reservations available online: "Standard Reservation" and "Priority Reservation (paid)."

■ About "Standard Reservation"
Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance (available from midnight).

■ About "Priority Reservation (paid)"
Available from the 1st of each month until the end of the next month.
A fee of ¥1,000 per seat is charged.
* Please note that the fee is non-refundable.

■ Charges for "WEB Reservation"
For Standard Reservation
　You will be charged ¥1,800 per person for the set meal. No additional fees.

For Priority Reservation
　You will be charged a total of ¥2,800 per person, which includes a ¥1,000 fee and the set meal cost of ¥1,800.
　* Please note that the fee is non-refundable.

◾️ Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee will apply if you cancel.

・If you cancel on the day of the visit
　　∟ 100% of the amount paid

・If you cancel before the day of the visit
　　∟ For Priority Reservations: ¥1,000
　　∟ For Standard Reservations: ¥500

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after cancellation.
There might be a delay in receiving the refund, and in some cases, it may be charged to your account before being refunded.
For the exact timing of the refund, please contact your credit card company.

◾️ On the Day of the Visit
Please arrive at the time of your reservation.
Show the "reservation number" at the reception upon arrival.
Wait at the store. We will call your name.
Once a seat becomes available, you will be seated in the order of your reservation.
Since the meal cost has already been collected, please purchase side dishes and drinks from the vending machine.

* Please be aware that your seating time may vary.
* There might be some waiting time at the store.

◾️ Important Notes for Your Visit
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled.
Customers not dining (including children) are asked not to use the seats.
A maximum of 4 people can be reserved per booking. If booking for 4 people, seats may be split into groups of 2 depending on availability. For groups of 5 or more, please make two separate reservations.
Accompanying persons should use the waiting bar available.

◾️ For Customers Bringing Children
Please fold strollers.
Babies must be carried in a baby carrier.
Children who cannot sit on their own cannot use the seats.

Please inform those accompanying you of the notice details.
Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others.
