This is the page for our Kyoto store.
Reservations cannot be made for other stores (Shibuya, Kichijoji, Fukuoka), so please be aware.

At our establishment, we always strive to provide "freshly made at its best," therefore, we operate on a "check-in system" for dining use.

What is "Check-in"?
It's a reception style where we secure your arrival time slot on your preferred date. Please note it does not guarantee a specific seating time.

Schedule Availability with "WEB Check-in"
Seats are made available until the end of the following month on the 1st of each month.

Payment for "WEB Check-in" Reservations
Reservations until 7/31
Seat fee: ¥1,000 (incl. tax) per person *All seats are counter seating

Seat fee will be charged in advance to the credit card registered at the time of booking.
Please purchase a ticket for "ground meat and rice set meal" at the ticket vending machine on the day.
In addition to the meal, a seat fee of ¥1,000 per person will be charged.
In case of cancellation, 50% cancellation fee for the previous day, 100% on the day of cancellation.

Reservations from 8/1 onwards

If checked in by 8 days before the visit date:
¥2,800 total per person (seat fee ¥1,000 + meal cost ¥1,800)

If checked in from 7 days before to the day of visit:
¥1,800 meal cost per person. No seat fee will be charged.

Cancellation Fees:

On the day: 100%
Day before or earlier:
¥1,000 if seat fee was charged
¥500 if seat fee was not charged

After cancellation, we will process refunds within 3 business days. Depending on the timing, refunds may take some time, and there are cases where it may be deducted once and then refunded.
For the actual refund timing, please contact your credit card company.

Flow on the Day
Please arrive at the time you checked in.
Show your reservation number at the reception when you arrive.
Please wait at the store. We will call your name when your seat is ready.
Guests will be seated in the order of their check-in time.
Since the meal cost has already been charged, please use the ticket vending machine to purchase side dishes and drinks.

*Please understand that there may be waiting time at the store.

Notes for Guests on Arrival
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your check-in time, your reservation may be canceled.
Customers not dining (including children) are kindly asked to refrain from using the seats.
You can check in for up to 4 people at a time. If you are checking in for 4 people, please note that seating may be divided into groups of 2 depending on availability. For groups of 5 or more, please make 2 separate check-ins.
Accompanying guests can use the waiting bar.

For Guests with Children
Please fold baby strollers.
Please carry babies in a baby carrier.
Seats cannot be used for children who cannot sit alone.

Finally
Please inform those who will be visiting with you on the day about these notes.
Check-in cannot be transferred or sold to others.
