Our signature restaurant, Iron Bay, offers two Christmas courses: the "Noel Course" and the "Noel Signature Course," showcasing the restaurant's unique style, maximizing the flavor of the ingredients and enhancing the fragrant, powerful aroma of wood-fired cooking.

Starting with gorgeous ingredients like snow crab and foie gras, the fish course features a plate of wild red sea bream from Kanagawa Prefecture, grilled over a wood fire. The "Noel Course" features a fragrant main dish of domestic venison, while the "Noel Signature Course" offers a premium grilled wagyu beef fillet as its main course.

In addition, at lunchtime, we also offer the "Noel Lunch Course" and "Noel Signature Lunch Course," which offer the same dishes as dinner but with a lighter selection. The seven-course dinner course has been reduced to five courses, allowing you to enjoy the taste of an authentic Christmas dinner even at lunchtime. Iron Bay has introduced the limited-time "Season of Celebrations 2026" course, featuring seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, allowing you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of each ingredient. ​
The course kicks off with lightly smoked Beni Fuji Salmon. Combining the auspicious symbols of "red" and "Fuji," this gorgeous dish is perfect for the New Year. The following dishes feature domestic mushrooms and local seafood. Main courses include "Seared Seasonal Spear Squid" and "Grilled Yamayuri Pork Wrapped in Herbs and Smoke" for the Standard Course, while the Signature Course offers grilled spiny lobster, wood-fired domestic beef fillet, or Yokohama beef sirloin, highlighting the savory flavors of the ingredients. ​
A lighter lunchtime course is also available, featuring the same dishes as dinner, but in a lighter style.​
