Each case is unique, each caviar an invitation to pleasure, each tasting a pure moment of delectation, magical, sensual, unforgettable. Indulge in a unique dining experience in IRON BAY where chef Yamashita is offering a caviar 6 course tasting menu to elevate your palate and give you a story with different flavor profiles, Textures and an everlasting memorable dinner. Chef will be using 3 different Caviars where each has its own unique pairing – BAERI ROYAL, KRISTAL and OSCIETRE Prestige. Look out for the Yokohama beef main course, Where the saltiness of Caviar will have a beautiful balance with the fattiness of our signature beef, Paired with cucumber and IB hollandaise. Also prepared a sumptuous pairing of four kinds of Champagnes from Leclerc Briant, the first biodynamic producer in the Champagne region, to be enjoyed with Caviar. Hervé Jestin, the master winemaker who has led numerous successful houses to success, has created a liquid expression of the energy of the earth and the universe.

The only German beer maker in japan who uses Fuji water, carefully selected ingredients imported directly from Germany, and skilled techniques from Munich, the home of beer. The malt is from Bavaria southern Germany, Hops are aroma hops from the world-famous Haratau region of Germany, and the best fresh German yeast is used. A beer pairing will match beautifully with chef Yamashita tasting menu creations that will instill your senses and elevate your beer cravings. Look out for the Hamo fritter with zucchini and our own Yokohama beef grilled to perfection and paired with the “GOLD LABEL” beer.
