In addition to seafood from Karatsu Bay and the Genkai Sea, such as sea bream, yellowtail, tuna, conger eel, and shrimp, we also offer dishes such as simmered Venus pork with shigure, lightly pickled cucumber, and kinpira burdock. You can choose your own sushi piece to suit your mood that day.
