[Online Reservation] Reservations can be made until 5:30 PM on the day of your visit.

[Early Booking Discount] Reservations are accepted up to 7 days before your visit. (Availability dates differ from the regular plan.)

・Online reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance. For reservations 91 days or more in advance, please make a reservation by phone.
・Please reserve your optional cake at least 4 days prior to your visit.
・Reservations for plans that are only available for online reservations cannot be made by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
・For parties of 4 or more, seating may be arranged at two separate tables.
・For parties of 13 or more, please make a reservation by phone.

[Notes]
・For cancellations of reservations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation will be charged the day before and 100% of the reservation will be charged on the day.
・If you need a high chair for your child, please write it in the comments section.
・You can enter the restaurant after 19:30, but please note that seats will be available until 21:30 and cannot be used for 120 minutes.

[About food allergies]
Our restaurant serves meals primarily buffet-style. This means all our food is prepared in a single kitchen using shared cooking equipment, which creates a risk of trace amounts of allergens being introduced to any dish during preparation.

In a buffet setting, serving utensils like tongs and chopsticks are shared among all guests, and all our dishware is washed together.
Because of this, it is impossible to completely prevent cross contamination from allergens.

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Therefore,
we do not offer special allergen-free menus, nor do we provide specific information (either verbally or in writing) about the allergens present in our food.

We ask that our guests understand these circumstances and make their own personal judgment when selecting food from the buffet.

Guests with allergies may bring their own safe food (such as pre-packaged allergen-free meals) and tableware. If you plan to do so, please inform us when making your reservation.
