<About Our Operations＞
▶All seating, both inside the restaurant and on the riverside terrace, consists of tables and chairs.
▶The riverside terrace is open only during the summer months, from May to September.
▶The riverside seating area is outdoors and has no roof. Even during the riverside seating season, if we determine that seating there is unsafe due to rain, immediately after rain, high water levels, or strong winds/typhoons—even if the weather is sunny—we will seat you inside (we do not have private rooms).

＜About Reservations＞
▶We cannot accommodate requests for specific seating locations
▶ We do not accept reservations for single guests. For groups of more than 15 people, please contact the restaurant directly.
▶ You cannot make reservations for the day before or the day of your visit via the reservation form.
▶ All members of the same group must order from the same menu(We cannot accommodate different course selections. Your reservation will be automatically canceled.)
▶ In the event of a scheduling conflict due to an online reservation and the restaurant is fully booked, we may contact you to cancel your reservation (within 12 hours)

<About Reservations for Children＞
▶Please enter the total number of children in your party as either “10 years old or younger” or “4 years old or younger.”
▶Children 11 years old and older must order from the same menu as adults.
▶For children aged 4–10 who do not order a meal, a seating fee will be charged.
▶Regarding children’s chairs: As we use tatami mats and there may be uneven surfaces in some areas, we have decided not to provide chairs due to the risk of falls. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you bring a stroller, you may place it next to your table. In that case, please write “Using a stroller” in the Request field.

<Cancellation Policy＞
▶Please be sure to contact us if you cannot arrive by your reservation time. (Your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.)
▶Cancellation Policy: 50% from 12:00 PM the day before until 5:00 AM the day of; 100% from 5:00 AM the day before until the day of.
The same applies to cancellations due to rain or typhoons; however, as a general rule, we will not charge a cancellation fee if a sudden weather warning is issued. If we determine that heavy rain poses a risk of disaster, we may ask you to cancel your reservation.

Visiting by Private Car
▶If you are coming by private car or sightseeing taxi, please be sure to reserve a parking space
* Please reserve a parking space via the “Reserve Parking Here” link.
If “Parking Ⓟ” does not appear on the menu, the lot is full and you cannot park there.
　＜※Please note that even if you make a reservation using public transportation and change your plans on the day of your visit to come by private car, you will not be able to park in our lot＞
Other
▶Meal service is limited to approximately 90 minutes. (Seating is available for up to 120 minutes.)
▶Please use the “Special Requests” field to provide information such as allergies. (We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that we cannot guarantee them.) We cannot accommodate requests regarding foods you simply dislike.
▶Reservations without a food order will be invalid and automatically canceled. (We cannot accept reservations for parking only, transportation only, children’s bento boxes only, or salt-grilled sweetfish only.)
▶If you make separate reservations for different menus at the same time, the system will automatically treat them as canceled (when it detects the same name, email address, and phone number). Please be careful when making your reservation.
