Standard course (11 dishes, 13 items in total): Our recommended plan includes grilled sukiyaki, choice of yukhoe, thick-sliced tongue, thick-sliced skirt steak, WASABI kalbi, lean fillet, lamb, and rice with raw egg for the final dish, as well as dessert.
The main course is "Yaki Sukiyaki", a large piece of lean meat that is lightly seared and served, which is highly recommended by Kyukon. Other dishes include "Selection of Yukhoe", "Thick-cut tongue", "Three types of Kyushu pork", "Thick-cut skirt steak", "WASABI kalbi", "Lean fillet", "Lamb", and to finish off, "Ran-oh egg over rice", and even dessert.
