[Seating Requests]
● While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, we cannot guarantee specific table assignments.

[Reservations with Children]
● Children who will enjoy the same course as adults should be included in the adult guest count.
● For children of elementary school age or younger, we offer a “Meat Sauce Pasta Set (includes soup and juice).”
　→ If you would like this option, please indicate it in the request section when making your reservation.
● Infants and toddlers are welcome as follows:
　Lunch: all tables available
　Dinner: private rooms only
　If you plan to bring young children, please indicate this in the request section or contact the restaurant directly. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate depending on the number of children.
● Strollers are limited to one per group.

[Large Party Reservations]
● For reservations of 7 guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.

[Private Room Usage]
● Available for up to 6 guests.
● A private room fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged.

[Bringing Your Own Wine]
● A corkage fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per bottle will be charged.
● We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing aged/old vintage wines.
● You may be asked to pour your own wine.
● Regardless of the number of bottles, glassware is limited to a maximum of three glasses per person.
● If you wish to bring your own wine, please be sure to indicate this in the request section at the time of reservation. (We may decline opening bottles if not notified in advance.)
● We do not accept advance delivery or storage of wine.

[Cancellation Policy]
We have established the following cancellation policy:

For cancellations or reductions in the number of guests, cancellation fees will be charged based on the reservation time as follows:
For course reservations, the course price × number of guests will be charged.

・Within 24 hours / No-show: 100% of the reserved amount
・Within 48 hours: 50% of the reserved amount

● For “seat-only” reservations (no course selected):
The price of our designated standard course will be considered the minimum charge, and cancellation fees will be applied based on that amount as follows:
48 hours prior: 50% / 24 hours prior: 100%
(Lunch: ¥3,000 × number of guests / Dinner: ¥7,000 × number of guests)

● Changes in number of guests:
A reduction in the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same cancellation fees as above.

A Request from Sillage

● If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes past your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please be sure to inform us if you will be late.
