A reception tent for 飯能観光協会 is located in the paid-fire area. Please pay the fire-use fee of ￥1,000 per person for adults (junior high school students and above) in cash on the day. (This applies only on days when the paid-fire policy is in effect.) Garbage bags and wristbands will be provided. Use of the paid-fire area is permitted from 9:00–17:00, but our equipment rental is available from 11:00–16:00.

We’re happy to assist with the cleanup. Please note that equipment setup is the guest’s responsibility.

In the area where open flames incur a fee, the Hanno Tourism Association will have a reception tent. Please pay the flame-use fee of ¥1,000 per person (junior high school age and older) in cash on the day. (This applies only on days when flame-use fees are in effect.) Trash bags and wristbands will be provided. Use of the flame-area is from 9:00 to 17:00, but our equipment rental hours are from 11:00 to 16:00.

In case of sudden rain, tents will be lent free of charge.

7) Paper plates, paper cups, chopsticks, wet towels, aluminum foil, and mugs
