In addition to our equipment rental fees, a facility usage fee (for areas where fires are charged) is required.

On days when fires are charged, please pay 1,000 yen per adult (junior high school age and older) at the "Okumusashi Hannō Tourism Association" reception tent on the day of your visit.

*Payment is cash only.

After payment, you will be provided with a garbage bag and a wristband.

Please note that the usage hours for the fire-charging area are from 9:00 to 17:00.

Our equipment rental hours are from 11:00 to 16:00, but you can also enjoy playing in the river in front of the shop between 9:00 and 17:00.

If you contact us by 3:00 PM the day before your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee. For cancellations or changes in the number of people after that time, a full cancellation fee will apply.

If you contact us by 12:00 PM three days before your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee. For cancellations or changes in the number of people (changes in food quantity) after that time, a full cancellation fee will apply.

★Regarding cancellations and changes in the number of people on the day of the reservation:
For cancellations and changes in the number of people on the day of the reservation, a full cancellation fee will apply. (This also applies to no-shows and cancellations due to normal rain.)

★Regarding plan changes:
We do not accept plan changes on the day of the reservation. Also, please note that changes made in advance are subject to availability.

★Regarding responses to severe weather: If we determine that it is difficult to operate due to severe weather such as a typhoon, we will not charge a cancellation fee. In that case, we will contact you via text message, etc. Please note that if there is a sudden change in weather after your arrival, we may end the BBQ for safety reasons. In that case, we will not be able to issue a refund (including extension fees), so we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you registered.

For safety and environmental considerations, the following actions are prohibited at our establishment:

1. Drinking alcohol and smoking by persons under 20 years of age

2. Drunk driving

3. Smoking outside designated areas

4. Playing music (including karaoke, etc.)

5. Using water guns, throwing balls, smashing watermelons, etc., and running around within the support plan area

6. Nighttime BBQ and camping (overnight stays)

7. Use of fireworks

8. Use of open fires

9. Loud noises, etc., or any other actions that disturb others

10. Use of water balloons

11. Dangerous activities such as binge drinking

12. Leaving or improper disposal of trash

13. Use of skateboards, roller skates, slacklines, etc.

14. Bringing in and using gasoline-powered generators

15. Bringing in and using gas burners, gas stoves, etc. (appliances using gas cylinders)

16. Bringing in and using shisha or other smoking equipment is prohibited.

If you violate the above prohibited items, we reserve the right to terminate your use of our facilities and ask you to leave immediately. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.

<Regarding Equipment Damage>
If any rental equipment is damaged, you will be responsible for the actual cost of repairs.

<Regarding Check-in and Check-out>
Please check in and check out upon arrival.
Failure to check out may result in extension charges.

<Regarding Rental Equipment Return Time>
Returns must be made by 4 PM (5 PM for those extending their rental).
Extension charges will apply for returns exceeding this time.

<In Case of Sudden Bad Weather>
In case of sudden severe weather, we may cancel the BBQ for safety reasons.
No refunds (including extension charges) will be given in such cases.

<Regarding Final Entry Time>
Final entry is accepted until 2 PM.

I confirmed the following: prohibited items, equipment damage, check-in and check-out times, return times, what happens in case of sudden bad weather, and the final entry time.

• BBQ delivery vendors (delivery or ingredient suppliers) are not permitted to enter
• BBQ parties composed solely of elementary or junior high school students (a guardian must always accompany minors)
• Underage smoking or drinking
Guests listed above will not be eligible for a refund after payment and will be asked to leave the premises.
