・Opening hours: 13:00〜18:00 (Last order 17:00)
・Closed: Tuesday〜Thursday
※We accept reservations for the tea ceremony experience up to 17:00, five days before your visit.
※Please allow sufficient time when making your reservation.
※If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, the experience may be shortened. Please note that the fee will remain the same.
※If you have limited time due to flight boarding or other timing constraints, we can flexibly adjust the experience. If you would like to request adjustments, please contact the number below.
※For reservations more than three months in advance or for groups of six or more, please contact us by phone or email:

【About the experience】
・Only table-and-chair seating (rental/standing-style seat) is available.
・There is no age limit for the tea ceremony experience; however, if young children participate, we ask that their guardian assist or supervise them.
・There is no children's rate; if a child has matcha or sweets, they will be charged the same price as an adult.

【Cancellations】
Cancellation or changes in the number of guests are subject to the following cancellation fees, counted from the reservation date/time:
・Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee
・Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
・Within 72 hours: 25% of the reservation fee
※The same charges may apply for changes in the number of guests.

【About no-shows】
・If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes after the reservation time, the booking will be treated as canceled and no refund will be given. Please note this in advance.
　If you contact us, exceptions may be made, so please be sure to notify us if you will be late.
・Same-day time changes may be accommodated if there is availability, so please feel free to inquire.
