We are currently operating one preview service per week. To make the most of each ingredient as we encounter it, we serve a single omakase course with a simultaneous start for all guests. The menu changes daily, shaped by what the season offers.

Our course is built around fish. We are unable to accommodate guests who do not eat seafood, and raw fish is an integral part of the menu — it cannot be excluded. All fish is sourced daily and served at peak freshness.

Each evening is prepared with care and intention. We look forward to welcoming you.
