◆ Regarding guests using the terrace seats
Due to bad weather, the terrace seats may not be available on certain days.
In such cases, we may ask guests to switch to indoor seating.
However, if all indoor seats are fully booked at that time, a change may not be possible.
(※ Even in areas with roofs, wind may still blow in depending on its direction.)

◆ Please note that the maximum stay time is 2 hours during dinner and 90 minutes during lunch.
◆ We may not always be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences; please understand this in advance.
◆ For reservations for seats only, a 90-minute limit applies. Please be aware of this.
◆ If we cannot reach you 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please contact us if you expect to be late.
◆ For groups of 7 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

◆ Cancellation and changes incur the following fees, calculated from the scheduled arrival time:
From 48 hours prior: 100% of the total reservation fee
※ This refers to 100% of the total amount including course fees, private room charges, etc., inclusive of tax.
※ For reservations for seats only, the cancellation fee is 5,000 yen per person for dinners and 2,500 yen per person for lunches.
