About Reservations
● Please note we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
● We are unable to provide service in languages other than Japanese. If you do not speak Japanese, please refrain from making a reservation.
● If you are more than 30 minutes late and we cannot reach you, your reservation may be cancelled. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.
● Children up to and including elementary school age are not permitted.
● For parties of 5 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Solo guests on days when we serve the omakase kaiseki are not accepted at lunch. For dinner, solo reservations are declined only for first-time guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Notes
● Photography: Please take photos of the food only, with the shutter sound disabled. Video recording and photographing guests are not permitted.
● Due to limited seating, postponements, cancellations, or reductions in party size made within 2 days before your reservation will incur a cancellation fee. Please call us to make these changes rather than using the online system; you may call at any time, day or night.
● Please avoid extremely casual attire.
● Please refrain from wearing strong perfume.
● Bare feet are not permitted.
● Please inform your companions of these policies before your visit. (Guests who would otherwise be barefoot should bring socks.)
