▶Lunch service begins at 11:30, and dinner service starts at 17:30. Service begins as soon as all guests have arrived, so please come at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time.

▶ For extensive allergies or ingredients that a guest cannot eat—which may affect two or more dishes in the course—it may be difficult for us to serve the dishes we intend to offer. In such cases, we may be unable to accept reservations.
Examples: meat, seafood, wheat, dairy products, etc.—ingredients that significantly impact the overall composition and presentation of the course.

▶ ※Starting January 2027, dinner service will be offered in two sessions:
・Session 1: 18:00 ・ Session 2: 18:30

・Please arrive at the restaurant 15 minutes before your reserved time.
・For guests with an 18:00 reservation: please arrive by 17:45. For those with an 18:30 reservation: please arrive by 18:15.

・Our courses take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to serve. Therefore, for guests with an 18:30 reservation, it may not be possible to finish dining in time for the last Shinkansen departing from Kanazawa Station. Please keep this in mind.

Guests planning to return via the last Shinkansen are kindly requested to choose the 18:00 reservation slot.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

▶ [Dress Code]
Casual attire such as shorts, joggers, hoodies, or sandals is not permitted, nor is wearing hats or outerwear (including down vests) inside the dining area.
Male guests are requested to wear a jacket or a shirt with a collar.
Please refrain from wearing perfume, as it can interfere with the aroma of the food and wine.

▶ If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

▶ Reservations are limited to guests aged 12 and above.

We can provide a complimentary message plate.
Please write your desired message in the remarks section at the bottom of the inquiry form.
