● For lunch, only buffet reservations can be made online. If you would like a course meal, please contact us by phone.
● Afternoon tea reservations are available only at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Reservations are accepted only for 2, 4, or 6 guests.

A one-night-only maker's dinner to experience the connection between Otaru and Niigata forged by the Kitamae ships.

On the day of the event, the master brewer of Hakkaisan will be in attendance, pairing a special kaiseki meal from Irifune with sake carefully selected by the brewery.

Enjoy a special moment savoring each dish, which reflects the Kitamae story, along with the master brewer's commentary.

Hakkaisan Master Brewer, Masatoshi Murayama
Born in 1981. Joined Hakkai Brewery in 2000. After training at the National Research Institute of Brewing, he has overseen operations as the "head" of the manufacturing department since 2020. Since 2022, he has been in charge of production for the new brand "Kikishu (Rishu)". He succeeded to the title of Master Brewer in 2023. In 2024, he received the Ojiya Mayor's Award. A stoic brewer who has dedicated himself to sake brewing as his life's work, continuing to take on new challenges with Hakkaisan's technology and sensibility.
