Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, calculated from the scheduled date and time of your visit. These fees also apply to changes in the number of guests.


・30% : Cancellation 7 days before the scheduled date
・50% : Cancellation 3 days before the scheduled date
・100%: Cancellation 2 days before, cancellation on the scheduled day, or no-show
※If you are more than 30 minutes late or we cannot reach you, cancellation fees may apply.

Please also note the following:
▶We do not offer an à la carte menu.
▶We serve sushi made with raw fish. We cannot accommodate requests to sear or torch the fish.　During the winter season, our menu includes many shellfish and crustacean dishes.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests who cannot eat any shellfish or crustaceans.
▶ If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.　We’re unable to accommodate requests made on the same day.
▶We are unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, or similar dietary requirements.
▶The main counter is for guests age 12 and older only.
▶A credit/debit card must be registered to secure your reservation. This is a temporary authorization to cover any cancellation fees; we do not recommend using a debit card.
