Reservation Time
▶The start time for your meal is fixed due to the preparation of the wood-fired heat source.
*Lunch: 12:00
*Dinner: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00
Please arrive a little early. Some dishes are cooked over the wood fire before your arrival, so if you are late, we may not be able to serve your planned dishes.

▶Cancellation Policy
• 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made 4, 3, or 2 days prior to the reservation date.
• 100% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation.
[Please note that cancellations must be made by the customer themselves via the link in the reservation confirmation email.]

▶Please inform us of any allergies or dislikes when making your reservation.
[We may not be able to accept your reservation due to allergens.]
[We cannot accept reservations for those who cannot eat uncooked or raw food.]
Examples: Soybeans, buckwheat, dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, oysters, shellfish, lamb, wild boar, pigeon, duck, deer, game meat, etc.

***　Regarding use of Debit Card　***
A debit card is a card that is linked to your checking account and it will take the money directly out of your account. When you use your debit card, the merchant will place a hold on your account for the amount of money of your transaction. The merchant will refund the money after your visit but please note that there may be a delay between the time we complete the refund process and the time the refund amount is actually sent. Should you require further information please contact your bank directly.
