[Reservations & Payment]
◆ Please provide your credit card information at the time of booking.
◆ Payments will be processed via TableCheck Pay using your registered card.
◆ If you prefer to use a different payment method on the day of your visit, please inform our staff upon arrival.

[Business Hours]
《Lunch》: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
《Dinner》: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
＊Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

[Lunch Service (Chicken Porridge & Chicken Ramen)]
◆ Table duration is limited to 1.5 hours.
◆ Please note that we cannot accept specific requests for table or counter seating.

[Dinner Service (Mizutaki)]
◆ Table duration is limited to 2 hours.
◆ If you have difficulty using stairs and require a first-floor seat, please call us after your reservation is confirmed.
◆ As some seating areas require guests to remove their shoes, we kindly ask that you do not visit with bare feet. (Socks are available for purchase at the shop for 150 JPY).

[Important Notes]
◆ Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
◆ Please inform us in advance of any food allergies.
◆ If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. Please be sure to call if you are running late.
◆ For groups of 7 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.

[Cancellation Policy]
For cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply:

・Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation time: 30% charge.
・Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time: 50% charge.
・Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time: 100% charge.
・No-show without notice: 100% charge.
