▶ Meals at our restaurant begin at 18:30 for all guests. Please arrive at your reserved time.

▶ Only children aged 12 and above (those who will be ordering the same menu as adults) are permitted.

▶ Seating is available at our 8-seat counter. We may not be able to accommodate any special seating requests.

▶ If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

▶ Private bookings are available for groups of 7 or more people. Please contact the restaurant directly to make such reservations.

▶ We do not offer gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options.

▶ During operating hours, we may be unable to answer calls as we prioritize cooking and service. Please call outside of these hours.

▶ Guests wearing perfume, cologne, or other strongly scented products are kindly asked to refrain from entering. Please inform your companions as well.

This is our first collaboration event of the new year, welcoming Chef Nakamine of La Kanro in Minamimorimachi, Osaka.
This is a one-night-only event featuring wabiya and Chef Nakamine, who creates beautiful, art-like dishes.
Drink pairings will also be available to accompany the course meal.

Special Collaboration

On November 21 (Sat), we will be hosting a special collaboration with the Chinese restaurant “Saika”!

Joining us this time is Chef Hiroto Saito from “Saika,” a Chinese restaurant nestled quietly in the woods near Kennin-ji Temple in Kyoto.

Focusing on Sichuan cuisine, Chef Saito also incorporates elements of Western cuisines—including French—to create his own unique interpretation of Chinese food.

We will blend Chef Saito’s Chinese dishes with those prepared by Wabiya. By combining our respective philosophies, techniques, and sensibilities toward cooking, we’ll craft a one-of-a-kind special course just for this occasion.

The fusion of two distinct culinary styles promises new flavors and delightful discoveries.

We hope you’ll enjoy this special day—a truly unique experience unlike any regular visit to Wabiya.
