≪Reservation Information≫
▶ Meals begin at 6:30 PM. Please arrive at your reservation time.

▶ Children aged 12 and over (those ordering a course meal) are welcome except for private parties. Please note that we do not offer a children's menu.

▶ There are eight seats available at the counter. We may not be able to accommodate your seating request.

▶ If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

▶ Private parties are limited to seven or more people. Please contact the restaurant directly to make a reservation.

▶ We do not offer gluten-free meals.

▶ During business hours, we may not be able to answer the phone due to priority given to cooking and service.

Please contact us outside of business hours.

▶ Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or cologne. Please be sure to inform your companions.

Charcoal and firewood are used according to the ingredients, and chef Akiyama carefully selects Kyoto chicken and vegetables. Please spend a happy time with the dishes that are baked to make the most of the original taste of the ingredients.

This is our first collaboration event of the new year, welcoming Chef Nakamine of La Kanro in Minamimorimachi, Osaka.
This is a one-night-only event featuring wabiya and Chef Nakamine, who creates beautiful, art-like dishes.
Drink pairings will also be available to accompany the course meal.

This is our second collaboration event of 2026, welcoming Chef Yamaguchi from Yamaguchi, the renowned, introduction-only restaurant in Kyoto's Gion district.
This one-night-only event will feature wabiya and Chef Yamaguchi's playful cuisine, a feast of Japanese and Italian cuisine.
Drink pairings will also be available to accompany the course meal.
