At the live kitchen, we serve freshly made omelets daily, along with two special dishes that change each day.
You can savor the luxurious flavors of “Naniwa Pork Croque Monsieur,” where the richness of Naniwa pork blends perfectly with melt-in-your-mouth cheese, or “Grilled Rice Balls on a Griddle,” where soy-based sauce is thoroughly absorbed into the rice before being seared on a griddle to create a fragrant, crispy exterior.
